Eve

If you did not hide underneath a rock around the year 2000 then there is probably no way that you have never come across Eve. The “Ruff Ryders” first lady released multiple chart hits, is also active as an actress, and yet she often did not receive the attention she deserved. Under the moniker Eve of Destruction she signed to Dr. Dre’s Aftermath label, yet got very little support there. Despite her amazing guest verse on the single “You got me” by The Roots, Erykau Badu is often the only mentioned guest; there are not many people today who actually know that the rap part in the second verse is actually by Eve. She came into fame with songs such as “Let me blow ya mind” with Gwen Stefani and “Gangsta Lovin” with Alicia Keys. Ever since 2014 there has been no new releases from Eve – yet nobody should ever forget the answer to the question “Who’s that girl?”.
