Though her name might lead you to believe otherwise: Noname is no stranger to the Hip hop scene. Since 2010 the rapper from Chicago has been at home on Hip hop and poetry stages, and gained attention for herself for her feature part on Chance the Rapper’s mixtape “Acid Rap”. That the musician and poet is not only highly talented, but also extremely likeable becomes abundantly clear at her Tiny Desk Concert. If that is not enough to become a fan of hers: The Rolling Stone magazine described her as “One of the best rappers alive” this year. Nuffsaid!
