When an artist calls her single “Pullup and Skrrr” the direction is clear. The rapper and actress has laid claim to swag and has been heavily influencing British rap and trap scene since 2011. And yet she is one of the most melodic representatives of the sub genre: Paigey Cakey brings more than enough musicality to the table, even without autotune, and proves herself again and again with one hit after another.
